Separation of government from internet

Amendment:
Separation of government (monitoring) from internet
The governemnt (three/four letter organizations and spying) should keep it's hands off the internet and those that use it. They should only have the power to regulate for 'consumer' protection and basic FCC intervention.
Create a de-centralized internet that is not bound to standard internet backbones through the use of wireless technologies and encrypted protocols that they can't figure out.

Right to personal privacy. Governments should be open and citizens should remain private
